CNC Lathe

BT Crellin Machine Company has 7 CNC lathes and 3 Vertical Machining Centers. Our CNC lathe bar capacities range from 1/8" to 2 1/2" diameter. Larger diameter parts can be machined from cut material using collets or jaws.

Our VMC's are primarily used for secondary machining, and equipped with multiple head indexing and multi-collet holding fixtures. Fixturing of this type enables BT Crellin Machine Company to machine 4-axis type parts with a standard 3-axis VMC and pass the savings on to our customers.

While we specialize in the machining of beryllium copper and stainless steels, we handle most all materials, routinely holding tolerances in the 10ths.
